Goldfinch Enterprises Course and Refund Policies: Our training courses require between 45 minutes to 90 minutes to complete the materials. Our clients will be provided with a password via email after payment and will have access to the materials for the next 24 hours. We reserve the right to revoke admission to anyone not conforming to these policies.
Technical Issues: All Goldfinch Enterprises classes at www.goldfinchtraining.biz are browser based and can be accessed either with a Mac or PC. It is recommended that clients check to see they have an updated or recent version of Explorer, Netscape Navigator, Safari or a similar browser. While we take every precaution to prevent computer viruses, it is highly advisable that our clients have updated virus protection. Goldfinch Enterprise does not assume responsibility for any damages caused by computer viruses.
Refund Policy: All Sales Are Final. Goldfinch Enterprises does not provide refunds. The 24-hour access period is designed to allow clients an opportunity to re-enter the class.
