Currently, one out of every 10 individuals in the US is foreign born. Cultural competency skills are not only needed to do business abroad, but are needed here at home. Organizations marketing or outreaching to diverse populations in their own countries also need competency skills.
Goldfinch training can provide basic competency training, gender and sexual harassment training, as well as training on speciic cultures such as interacting with Arab and Muslim populations, basic competency for agencies and individuals dealing with Middle Eastern and other refugees, working in Latino communities and countries, and advanced cultural competency for medical practitioners (coming soon).
The format of the training is the most advanced interactive flash video with voice over lectures. Some training includes embedded reading materials, quizzes, and and downloadable files. At the current time, we do not provide continuing education credits, but our graduates go on to do great things!
