1. What hardware or software requirements do I need to take these courses?
Answer: To take these classes you need any PC or Mac running a relatively recent version
of their systems software such as Windows 2000 and above or Mac OS 9-X and an
updated version of the most popular Browser software like Explorer, Netscape, Safari, etc. It
is recommended that you update your browsers and that you have updated virus protection.
Goldfinch Enterprises makes very effort to protect you against viruses but we assume no
responsibility for damages due to viruses. Our classes are all browser based and easy to
access.
2. How do the classes work?
When you purchase a class, you will receive a receipt via email with a password that will
give you 24 hour access to one of our classes. The classes usually take between 45-90
minutes to take online. There are exercises you can print and so for homework.
